This is the color palette for the master bedroom. I love white bedding! It reminds me of crawling into bed at my grandma's house as a child. It smelled like sunshine...
This is the color and "feel" I want for the living room. I guess it's kind of "shabby chic" I think of the blue and white combination as "beachy" feeling.
This is some kitchen inspiration. We are going with white cabinets and dark counters. A rich dark floor will be installed, and while I like the paint color here, I'm going with a deeper smokey version of grey blue. There are flecks of that color in the counter tops and I think it will really make the white POP! I've never ever done white cabinetry but the kitchen is a galley kitchen with no natural light and I don't want it to look like a cave. So we shall see.
I love this idea... simple, rustic, functional. All of us have an old ladder laying around, and while some of us actually use them for projects, I'd rather put it in the bathroom with some "objets d′art" displayed on it.
